Do I need to attend this with a partner?
You definitely don’t need a partner to attend! Cohort Two is structured so that all the practice labs are accessible whether you’re attending alone or with someone. If you’re solo, you’ll have self-reflection exercises, journaling prompts, and guided techniques that allow you to deepen your emotional regulation skills. Many solo participants from Cohort One said they gained invaluable insights and were able to apply what they learned in their relationships, friendships, and even workplace dynamics. So you’ll absolutely get the full benefit of the program!
Is the cohort virtual?
Yes, the cohort sessions will be live via Zoom. You do not need to share your audio or video during the sessions.
Can I come with a friend or family member instead of a romantic partner?
Yes! The skills learned this weekend will apply to all of your interpersonal relationships and give you skills for managing your emotions and triggers. Come with a family member or friend!
I attended Cohort One. Will this be the same curriculum?
Cohort Two covers emotional regulation, just like Cohort One, but it’s designed for deeper integration and application with regards to emotions. We’ll be expanding on key concepts with new live demos, more structured practice labs, and advanced strategies for handling emotional overwhelm, triggers, and conflict. If you enjoyed Cohort One, this is an opportunity to solidify and refine your skills through more hands-on practice, new exercises, and more time spent working through real-life applications. Many past participants have told me that learning the skills once was valuable, but practicing them in new ways made the biggest difference.
